Although stress is pretty much unavoidable but yeah that doesn’t stop us with plenty of ways coming up in order to avoid it. I think it can be avoided the way we think about stress. Like wise the reaction and seeing the reaction and embracing it as an opportunity to cope with an issue, somewhere or the other is associated with productivity,emotional well-being and better health at work....
According to author of The Upside of Stress, I loved and took her three ways for rethinking the overwhelming feeling, firstly viewing response of my body's stress as helpful rather debilitating it. Secondly, realizing that I can not only handle it but will even learn and grow from it. And thirdly, not just seeing it as something that proves how uniquely you screwed up or your life but rather how everyone deals with.
