Letter From Dad To Her Daughter

Dear Daughter,
While my battle with inner self is on...I realized that I shouldn't neglect my duty as a dad....So here I am bachaa....What do we discuss today kid?
Hmmmm how about the burning topic now...Molestation and physical abuse on girls.....
Kid every time I read something regarding this stuff......I get scared that what will be my kid doing if she ever happened to encounter these stuff....And this cruel world is still gonna blame your dressing my baby....
I started thinking what went wrong with our humanity.....
Kid all of sudden I remembered that it's not something that started new...the roots for this thought process are deep down our 'Puranas'
During the Draupadi vastraharan....lord, Krishna saved Draupadi ....he turned hero...
But I felt bad that .....instead of killing dhushasna he saved her by wrapping her in clothes......
Now in this era, everyone turns his own version of Krishna.... And says that "ladki ko ache kapde pehnaoge toh kuch nahi hoga"...
If Krishna had killed dhushasana instead of giving Draupadi's clothes....things might have been different...
I might be wrong .....
Lastly kid....I don't want my Beti to be a draupadi...waiting for Krishna's protection of dresses...
But be a Satyabhama....start fighting n protect the poor Krishnas out there...
