Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied

Sheer brutality and barbaracity was inflicted down on Nirbhaya. It shoots the collective conscious of the society. Dear Indian Judiciary System, the body was subject to gross inhumane brutality, why it took 4Years, 4 Months & 21 Days to the justice? The case was crystal transparent, why were they given the chance to save them through all the levels of Indian Judicials? Why were they not shooted at sight? The system is turtle slow. I don't think this will stop the rapes. Mandate more brutality in punishment for rapists. You really think, "To Be Hanged Till Death After 5 Years" is an all time solution? Peace Nirbhaya..….😞😞
